My Experience
I really enjoy DIY, especially working with wood. I own a range of power tools and always look forward to opportunities to put them to good use. In my previous home, which I owned, I developed many new skills while carrying out renovation projects.
My large garden kept me busy, and I found mowing the lawn surprisingly relaxing. I also enjoyed climbing trees to prune branches, which I then cut into firewood for winter heating. I also love organising and decluttering. I find it really fun and enjoy the challenge of figuring out the best way to organise cupboards, shelves, and filing systems. I'm always happy up a ladder or getting stuck into hands-on jobs around the home and garden.
